Meredith Hart House (1975) -- The Meredith Hart House, built in 1856 near Rio Vista and now owned by Dr. and Mrs. R. W. Kimbro, will be the scene of a benefit open house for the Johnson County Historical Survey Committee from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Atty. Gen. Waggoner Carr and Mrs. Carr; and John Ben Sheppard, chairman of the State Historical Survey committee, will dedicate a plaque on the history of the Hart house, a mile east of Rio Vista on Farm Road 916. Mrs. Kimbro, chairman of the Johnson County Historical committee, will be assisted by Mrs. Roy Casey of Keene, Johnson County Judge Herschell Winn, and Lamar Sloan of Cleburne. (Ft.
